Welcome to the Dispensary Agent Training as required by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Adult Use Dispensary Organization Agents must receive training from a Division-approved Responsible Vendor to satisfy the requirements of 410 ILCS 705/15-40(i)(3) of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act (the “Act”).
This training will provide the content required to obtain a Dispensary Agent License. The training will exceed the two (2) hour training minimum as required by regulation. Community Werkz, Inc., is an authorized training provider. After successful completion of the training, you will receive a certificate of completion and your name will be added the Community Werkz website listed under “Completed Dispensary Agent Licensed Training” and other means accessible by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
Your Instructor
Julius is a graduate of Southern University Law Center. Prior to entering into the cannabis industry, Julius was a Vice-President of Human Resources and Labor Relations for various healthcare systems throught the USA. He also worked with one of Illinois' initial licensed cultivators during the early medical cannabis legalization.
